Kati received her Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois and Master’s Degree from Rush University in Chicago. Kati has worked at ENT Surgical Consultants since 2013.

Amanda St Louis, FNP-C
Amanda St. Louis, FNP-C, is a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner providing high-quality, patient-centered care at ENT Surgical Consultants in Illinois. With a strong background in critical care, internal medicine, and ENT services, Amanda brings years of diverse clinical experience to her role.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background includes intensive care, telemetry, vascular, OB/GYN, and outpatient internal medicine—giving her a comprehensive understanding of acute and chronic condition management across the lifespan.
At ENT Surgical Consultants, Amanda focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health. She is passionate about patient education, preventative care, and building trusted relationships with those she serves.

Bringing a patient-focused, team-oriented leadership style to the organization. With nearly 10 years of experience leading healthcare organizations and 10 years of prior experience in finance, Dave combines operational discipline with a deep understanding of strategic planning and growth. Known for his strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and passion for delivering quality care through well-aligned systems and people. Before joining ENT Surgical, David helped scale a pediatric multispecialty practice by improving access, streamlining operations, and empowering high-performing teams. At ENT Surgical, his focus is on strengthening the foundation for long-term growth while maintaining the highest standards of care across ENT, Audiology, and Allergy services.
Karen Tyrell, Practice Administrator
Karen Tyrell received her BSN from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso Indiana, and Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. Karen has over 25 years of healthcare management experience.
