Jennifer graduated from Illinois State University with her Master’s degree in Audiology, and continued her education attaining her Doctorate of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University. Jennifer has been an audiologist for over 28 years, and joined ENT Surgical Consultants in 2024.

David Lapsker, Chief Executive Officer

Lapsker CEO.

Bringing a patient-focused, team-oriented leadership style to the organization. With nearly 10 years of experience leading healthcare organizations and 10 years of prior experience in finance, Dave combines operational discipline with a deep understanding of strategic planning and growth. Known for his strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and passion for delivering quality care through well-aligned systems and people. Before joining ENT Surgical, David helped scale a pediatric multispecialty practice by improving access, streamlining operations, and empowering high-performing teams. At ENT Surgical, his focus is on strengthening the foundation for long-term growth while maintaining the highest standards of care across ENT, Audiology, and Allergy services.
